In 2025, IBPS conducted recruitment for Clerk, Probationary Officer (PO), and Specialist Officer (SO) posts. Across all participating public sector banks, over 9,000 vacancies were notified during the year. The selection process included Prelims and Mains, with an Interview stage for PO and SO posts.
The Prelims cut-off for General category ranged between 65–75 marks, while Mains cut-off varied by post and bank. More than 12 lakh candidates appeared across IBPS exams in 2025. Final selection was based on merit, category-wise cut-off, and bank-wise vacancies.
