In 2025, IBPS conducted recruitment for Clerk, Probationary Officer (PO), and Specialist Officer (SO) posts. Across all participating public sector banks, over 9,000 vacancies were notified during the year. The selection process included Prelims and Mains, with an Interview stage for PO and SO posts.
